"Sara is nothing short of phenomenal. She’s professional, knowledgeable, comforting and helped me feel empowered during a time when I felt helpless. I can easily say that having Sara as my physical therapist was paramount to my healing process. I absolutely wouldn’t be where I am today without her. I’d recommend her to anyone I know. Thank you always!"

FAQs

What does physical therapy actually involve?

Physical therapy is far more than stretching or massage. At our practice, it’s a personalized, evidence-based approach that may include movement analysis, strength training, neuromuscular re-education, hands-on techniques, and lifestyle integration—all tailored to help you move better and feel stronger in your daily life.

Is pelvic health physical therapy only for postpartum women?

Not at all. Pelvic health physical therapy supports people of all ages and life stages. It can address concerns like pelvic pain, bladder or bowel issues, core weakness, and more—whether you’ve had children or not.

Is physical therapy a passive or short-term solution?

No. Physical therapy is an active, collaborative process. The goal is long-term results—equipping you with the tools, strength, and understanding to maintain progress well beyond your sessions.

Do I need to stop activities if I’m in pain or experiencing symptoms?

In most cases, no. Pain is information—not a stop sign. We help you adapt, rebuild, and return to what you love with more confidence and resilience than before.

Is all physical therapy the same?

Nope! Every clinic and practitioner brings a different philosophy and level of specialization. Our approach emphasizes individualized care, whole-body connection, and root-cause treatment rather than one-size-fits-all protocols.

Pelvic floor therapy feels awkward or uncomfortable to talk about.

Maybe, but it doesn’t have to be. These are normal, important parts of your health. We create a respectful, supportive environment where you can feel at ease discussing your concerns openly and without judgment. Pelvic and sexual health is health. This is your body. Nothing about it should feel off-limits.

Let us help you return to capable, confident movement.
