Treatment that’s built around you, at every stage of life.

Most patients who come to Zia have already tried traditional pelvic floor physical therapy elsewhere and left with the same answer: "You just have to live with it."

We don't accept that answer, and we don't think you should either.

Zia is built on an intentional, personal model that protects the quality of your care. Our decisions are guided by your body — not diagnosis codes, generic exercise handouts and advice that sounds like, “Just do your Kegels.”

Every treatment plan is built specifically for your body and your lifestyle, so together we can uncover the why behind your symptoms, release what's tight, treat the root cause, and build lasting resilience.

Care without compromise

A woman running in a marathon race, crossing the finish line with her hands raised in celebration. She is wearing black athletic gear with sponsor logos, a pink cap, and a race bib number 95 that says Sara. The background features a large digital scoreboard displaying names, times, and flags of participants, and a crowd of spectators on city streets with historic buildings.

Supporting whole-body outcomes

Low back pain? Pinching in your hips when you run? Tight hamstrings? Knee pain that won't quit? It's probably tied to the pelvic floor and deep core (knee pain is rarely just a knee problem!)

Our individualized treatment plans look at how you move, why symptoms occur, and what's really driving them. We combine manual therapy, exercise, breathwork, nervous system strategies, and movement retraining to build durable outcomes for your body and mind at any stage of life or sport.

When your provider really listens, when they focus on movement patterns and long-term trajectories instead of isolated injuries - that’s the difference between living a life of limitation and one of possibility.

Our values

Grounded in science

No trends or shortcuts here. All treatment is built on proven research, best practices and deep, lived experience.

Compassion + respect

Every patient is treated with curiosity and understanding, not judgment.

Transparency + education

Patients are fully informed about the “why” behind their symptoms and the “what’s next” of their care.

Patient autonomy

Women are supported in making informed choices, not pressured into protocols or packages.

Progress + pace

Resilience is built through a structured journey of care—balancing the body, building capacity, and supporting long-term movement and performance.

Integrity first + always

Open, honest communication and dignity guide every encounter.

Our Vision

We envision a future where women sustain confident movement and athletic longevity at every stage of life, supported by a community that grows stronger with them.

Transform restriction into capability.

Each physical therapy session with Zia allows for deep, personal assessment, meaningful education, and individualized progression. Care is shaped by what your own body needs—not generic exercises or rushed routines. Our process is different on purpose.

Payment is due at the time of service. Zia Physiotherapy accepts cash, credit cards (including HSA/FSA), and Venmo for your convenience.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Stop devaluing your body’s potential. You can still do this!

Whether at the peak of their career, caring for aging parents, training as an athlete, navigating new motherhood, or stepping into the empty-nest years — Zia clients are busy. They're balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, and a real commitment to staying strong through the activities they love, familiar or brand new.

Our approach reflects real life. Our treatment plans, exercises, and strength-training strategies are designed to fit into your schedule, not the other way around.

Many clients come to us frustrated, confused, or discouraged after care that didn't work. They leave with clarity, direction, and a provider who's actually invested in their progress.

You can still do this. This is your moment to prioritize health, strength and longevity. Stop choosing between your life and your body. No more living with restriction or “that’s just the way it is.” We'll show you how.
